Fees will be determined by the need to make a profit and to provide an adequate return on the substantial investment required to maintain the office. Fees must also reflect the fact that the highest quality materials and services are more expensive. The doctor has a responsibility to educate the staff on the meaning of the various statistics that monitor the health of the practice, to inform the staff of his expectations and make sure the expectations are being met.

Leadership: Our office will provide support, feedback and leadership to foster long term growth for each employee. The staff will always be welcome to provide input on ideas, concerns and solutions for our practice, because all share a part of the practice. The ultimate responsibility is with the doctor, and all decisions will be based on our dedication to quality care for our patients. Cultivating an attitude and setting an example that is positive, I will provide support, encouragement, and feed back.
